Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Use tracking number for most up-to-date status of your order.
Receipt of Products and Return Policy
Items that are not customized or made to order may be returned to Nicole Shante within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Sale of customized and made to order items from nicoleshante.com follow the Returns & Exchanges policy listed on their specific product pages.
To arrange a return please email customerservice@nicoleshante.com include: First & Last Name of person who placed order, Order number along with reason for return.
